How should I prepare for my appointment?
Preparation varies by service:
- Makeup: Arrive with a clean, moisturized face.
- Brows: Avoid retinol, exfoliants, and waxing for 72 hours.
- PMU: Follow the pre‑care instructions provided after booking (no caffeine, alcohol, or blood thinners 24 hours prior).
What is the healing process for PMU?
Healing takes 7–14 days. Brows may appear darker initially and soften as they heal. A touch‑up is recommended at 6–8 weeks for best results.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards, Apple Pay, and Zelle. Cash is accepted for the remaining balance.
