Service Policy
– We require at least 48 hours cancellations notice or rescheduling.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in loss of deposit
– A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
– This deposit will be applied towards total service cost.
– We allow 10 mins of grace period for late arrival
– Late arrival more than 10 mins may result in appointment cancellation and deposit forfeited
